Antlion House

So here is my bug house. The Antlion digs a hole in the ground for unsuspecting prey. What I have done, is photoshopped my door and driveway onto the hole, and warped them to conform with the hole's curvature. I also took a picture of a mailbox off of Google and places it next to the door to look more like a house.

           Here are my logos for my animal
Logo 1: This isnt the actual logo, but I was going to outline this lock and put an antlion on the padlock part
Logo 2: The is the animal name as well as the picture. you can see the little larvaecrawling around on the letters
Logo 3: This lolg is the Leter and picture of the animal
Logo 4: Here is just a picture of the name, and a key symbolizing security

Photoshop

First Photoshop assignment. When I first moved the 2 opbjects over, I didnt realize the green "Becel" box would appear backward, so I had to flip it and fill in the uncovered background with the clone stamp tool

Animal Drawing (AI)

The first drawing is the original, and the second is my drawing from Illustrator. I had difficulty drawing the veins on the wings  using the pen, so I had to use the mouse (as much as I didnt want to).

Why I prefer computer drawing to freehand

Here is my Illustrator form of my banner... So much cleaner. Not sure what I think about the background color... It was supposed to be the same color as the android mascot for the phones... Oh well, at least I learned how to make my own swatch library and access it between documents

The first assignment.

 The only reason half of it is B/W is because I plan to use a negative reverse effect  on those sections to see how it turns out.
